I was messing around with the sequential sport shift and when I accelerated hard between 2nd and 3rd gear a light started to blink ,for about 30 seconds, on the right side of the head light indicator. Im assuming it was the transmission light that blinked. Has this happened to anyone else??

 

not that i know of... i use the SS pretty often. haven't noticed any light blinking on the right side of the headlight indicator. maybe it's telling you to shift gear..

 

I always drive in SS and haven't noticed any blinking lights

 

That's the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (see page 51 of the manual).

If you were losing traction, it could have been your traction control light blinking. It blinks when you lose traction.

 

yeah I have had it happen a few times...but it was reving rather high without an immediate shift...so when I then shift it goes away....haven't worried about it otherwise
