yeah trade it in for a low millage 6 speed... probably may turn to be a headache since the 6 speeds are so rare which is like I think you'd be better off trading it for a new car...
although you might find a used 07 6speed type s for just under 30k....

yup i agree with everyone...specially if you do it right, swaping the cluster, the BCM, wire harness, u need the pedals, tranny, flywheel throw out bearing pressure plate, clutch disk. shift link, shifter, center consol, and it will rpbably not be the same...oh and dont forget the fact that at this point ur car is a TMU(tru mileage unkown) due to cluster swap and sure as hell not worth much on a resale...TRADE IN TIME!!!
you dont need a new cluster. granted if you dont mind the p r d l.
but if you are doing the install your self its not that bad cost wise.
i have done a few auto to manuals in a integra. and its not that difficult. its best if you have a doner car to swap out parts instead of buying piece by piece.

none taken. but it being a integra and a tl that just dumb. a tl is a car just like the integra it makes no difference.
if you are gear head and know your way around the car its the same concept.

tl is completely different from an integra...
I got an auto civic d16 nonvtech
swapped in an auto b18 non vtech
then swapped in a gsr 5speed tranny
had some problems with that tranny and swapped in an ls 5speed tranny
this took a week on the sidewalk with no jack nothing
with a tl you pretty much have to gut the entire front end, you have to remove everything from the center console forward and it is not an easy task, in an integra/civic the dashboard takes like 15 minutes to remove and like 20mins to put back... not the same
if it were that easy lookinco would've done it, and I bet you acuratien woulda been done it as well
I'd say post on the bm and see if an aziner would like to trade his 6speed w. you since you get more mony for the 5speed upon trade in

a lot of people tell me i can get a gr8 trade in my WDP 6mt/navi. they say they are worth a lot as opposed to the 5AT. but back to topic. yea mand its costed me 600 to swap a b16 into my 91 integra, very simple one two three job. the Tl by far is more advanced as in computer, wireing harness, more cramped and non the less the 6mt is not a cheap tranny

The fact that the standard TL isn't even offered in a 6MT reinforces this statement.
The truth of the matter is that 6MT HURTS trade in value, becasue delears know 9 out of 10 buyers want an automatic. They'll usually offer less for 6MT, becasue they know it'll sit longer.
^^^believe it or not..due to the low production on 6mt, there isnt many on trade in. and a lot of the people who can afford a cheaper Tl are the younger croud demanding 6mt. dont get me wrong there is a lot of demand for a pre-owned TL, but with 10 of them on the lot makes it east to choose. try finding a pre-owned 6mt. i called all the dealers sourounding NYC, no one had a white/6mt/nav.

I live about 2 hours away, and my local dealer was fussy about swapping a car for me from a NY dealer.
