Touch Screen Sensitivity

Has anyone else had touch screen issues in the very top right and very lower right ?? Like on the setup screen trying to get to page 3 or 4. Or on the directions pages trying to scroll up and down using the on-screen arrows.. sometimes I have to tap it 5+ times, or touch and hold.

I'm trying to see if it's related to dry skin, finger tip or finger pad, but it just seems the top right is not so sensitive.

I did learn on the rest of the screen to touch and hold, light taps often don't work, I guess so that people brushing it and pointing on it don't make it activate all the time.

YES! I noticed that in just the upper right portion of the screen it doesn't always respond. Like you said, setup 3 and 4 buttons, as well as the "Change State" button when finding an address. It works after a few firm tries

I have not had any problems whatsoever. Works perfect for me. Although it doesn't always recognize my voice.

No problems with anything except my ears when the volume is set to 40.

04TL vs 03 MDX Touch Screen

Compared to the 03 MDX 7" Navi screen, you definitely have to make firm contact, sometimes twice, to input a command on the 04TL.

Also, on the 04TL, once the button you touch changes color, the command is in the system, but it definitely takes longer for the 04TL command to respond after the button changes color, than the 03 MDX.

No serious operating problem here, just a difference between the 2 systems.

By the way, the difference between the 03MDX 7" screen and the 04TL 8" screen is like the difference between a 27" and a 32" TV set - the 04TL has a bigger and better screen.
