I have to ask - why was it traded in with such low miles? Transmission problems?

There has been A LOT of talk about the weakness of the transmission on these cars. For example - apparently, there's a "Launch" button for the driver to use which changes the dynamics of the AWD and Trans from a dead-stop. However, from what I am hearing, a lot of people are finding the "Launch" button to be a "Self-Destruct" button for the tranny. There's a lot to like about that car...but the transmission issues really need to get resolved by Nissan.

Brother....that's all you need-$65,000 in the hole with transmission problems. FORGET IT!!! Just ask the dealership if you can test drive it and hand it back over.
But it is a scorching hot car though.

Has anybody seen the GTR Spec-V yet? Holy hell. It's in the newest edition of Road and Track.
But back on topic...the GTR is suhweet, but the TL is too. Keep on saving those pennies! I'm saving mine (hopefully) for a E60 M5

its actually 0-60 in 3.3 seconds. Porsche 911 turbo is 3.4!
I dont own one nor do I know somone who does. However I have heard alot of negative feedback about the GTR. As someone stated above the Launch Control has turned into a self destruct button for this vehicle. This isnt the first GTR ive seen that's been traded or for sale with under 5k miles on it. You have to wonder why!

Base auto is about 7 seconds; manual is much faster at around 6 seconds, although I've heard people can hit high 5s in stock form.

^ exactly, it was just being pushed too hard at launch. it wasnt set up for racing, it was set up to get traction in bad weather. so if you used it all the time you would blow it up. nice car though, would LOVE to give it a spin around the block...
