anyone know if 04-05's TL's FOB would work on TSX since they have same fcc# with an programming instructions??

It would work if u re-program it but u can't do that, maybe dealer can.

u can't re program the FOB... u dont have the tools to do it, maybe ur dealer can, why dont u call acura dealer....

 

sorry i don't have TL, i have an TSX so i don't have menu for TL. i assume they have same FCC# so they woud work....

I always laugh to myself every time i see FOB , seems like something only us desis can relate to... on a side note, i wish my TL was a FOB, but it is made in America.

if the TSX has codes programmed in their FOBs, then the dealer would have to do this for you.

 

someone was able to programm RSX's FOB with different FCC to use in TSX, i call my dealer and they said no. need to buy a new one for $200 CDN.

ya, i gues i have to try them out. i will use TL's fob on TSX. maybe it will work or maybe it won't.. maybe i will find something interesting such as hidden memory seat in TSX.. hehe

i just pm gochan for result. search post and he was selling tsx fob on tsx forum so i guess it did not work. now i hope it will work another way... TL fob on TSX.

except RSX, it doesn't have TRUNK release button.

 

i wish so. does TL windows roll down when you hold unlock on FOB?
some RSX have trunk release, or they have options.

 

yes TL does that, even honda accord does that
