Ok Guys Im a little pissed about this. Im at a light and the guy next to me takes off like a bat out of hell, so then I gun in and try to catch him. Needless to say I never caught him and we reached speeds of 115mph. Are the avalons that damn fast?
I have a TL Automatic- Traction control was on because I wasnt planning on racing

It is a faster car than the TL Auto. The Avalon comes with the same engine as the camry v6. 3.5L 268HP. The new avalon is upgraded with the 6AT vs the previous 5AT offered. Stock the avalon is a mid-high 14 second car. With I/E on the TL it would be a good drivers race but still the Avalon has a slight advantage thanks to its gearing and a slightly better power to weight ratio and torque to weight ratio.

they are pretty quick cars. my gfs gma has one that we took took the coast and it took the curves fine and had more than enough power to pass.

but it doesnt sound as good as my Type-S
