i'm about to get Huper Optik Klasse Drei tint put in my TL. does the sunroof glass also get tinted ??

I thought it's always darker than other regular windows, right? Plus, you could use shade to cover it.

I didn't tint it, and of course, it doesn't need felt...

You "could" tint it, if you especially requested it. The sunroof is already factory-tinted though, and if the sun is still too strong, you could use the shade.

I've heard of some people tinting it, but it never made sense to me. It is not usually included in the tint price (at least in places around NY).

Why tint it? Its a SUNroof. If the light is bothering you, close the shade.

I wouldn't tint the sunroof as you can always pull the inside cover. My tint place didn't do it and said it was dark enough already.

Tint places have told me that if you tint the sunroof it will bubble because it gets so hot.

I tinted my sunroof because I like to leave it tilted when I park in the sun. I have a NBP, ebony so it got really hot in there before I tinted my windows.

People give my funny looks when I tell them I tinted the sunroof, but it helps.

The installer said nothing about the sunroof tint bubbling because of the heat. How much hotter does it get than the other windows? The place I got the tint (Auto Sound) offers lifetime warranties so I guess I'm covered if it does bubble.
