Tinted my windows

I brought my car over to the tint shop about 3 hours ago to get tinted. Very excited about it. The owner of the shop was complaining about my car and how it is "the hardest car to tint. He is doing it the right way though. 20% all the way around.

Hopefully he knows how to do the rear quarter panel the right way. It will look perfect if he does. GL to you.

This guy is the best guy I know that does tint. I got it back and it looks great.

I don't mind. I paid $140 for the tint and the felt installed. I think that was an honest price considering he had to take off the door panels.

Congrats, I'm thinking about getting it done as well but i can't decide on 20 or 35%! $140 seems like a bargain btw.

That is a good price. I paid 100.00 for the 2 front windows only......This included the removal of the scratched up tint and the moleskin installation. I did not do the back windows because they never go down.

That's the first mod I always do on my cars. In SoCal it keeps the car cooler and it gives me a sense of privacy considering I don't like other drivers being nosey and looking at me while I drive.

If anyone needs this done let me know. I'm sure I get it done for them at the same price. I don't want you to think this is a half ass job either. I will post pics soon. Sorry guys it's dark out in NY.

I just got my stuff tinted, paid 200. Little pissed because the guy cut off the weatherstripping on the inside because he said it needed to be done. Guess hes never head of moleskin? Nether did I until i started looking on here about tint ...

Now i need to spend 22$ on each replacement piece and figure out how to install because im not paying the stealership 400$ to install 4 pieces of rubber...

edit: also So you know, without this little piece of weatherstripping you can multiply wind / water noise when its raining by ten.

Top Edge detailing. I have had over 5 of my cars done there and 5 of my friends and family done there. Never any problems.
