Allright....I am getting my TL back tom and hopefully all the problems are resolved...I cant get out of my lease with honda financial so I am stuck with it and I will have to make the most...

Should I tint the headlights and tail lights?

how dark? 20%?

any suggestions?

Personally I don't think you should do anything to a leased vehicle that costs you money, unless you can sell it afterwards.


One question, though, how come you want to get out of your lease what was wrong with your car?

 

long story, the vehicle I received had a lot of issues, just for example...the speakers blew within a week, the side mirror seals were cracked...the leather on the seats had indentations where they should not...rattles EVERYWHERE...bad struts and like 20 other things...

they wold not give me a new car, so i keep takin it to the dealer for repairs, total ben in the shop for a while...i dont think i have had it for an entire month without going to the dealer...

i dotn care that it is leased... i dont like staying in a car for too long...

i dont plan on doing anything else... i am gettin a couple accessories from Acura which will be put on...i had window tint but had to get it taken off...


i was planning on retinting the inside, and i was debating on the outside to BLACK OUT the car....

 

i like the 20% tint on the tailights!! do it if your not going to sell the car.

 

Have you not hit the lemon law mimtes yet?

I've been leasing for years and I suggest you dont tint unless you are willing to remove it at the end of your term.

Another option is to sell your car before your lease term expires. If your car is worth more then what your buy-off is, you can sell it and make money off it. This is definetely possible with a car like the TL. Also, this way you can do whatever you want to the car.

 

TINT!!! it can be removed very easily if your in NY lemme know i have a Tint shop

 

The lemon law stuff is major mechanical...i have 2 things that they replaced(if it takes more than 3-4 attepms to fix then it is a lemon)

my problems were mostly cosmetic...Acura is going to compensate me very well...

 

I got the carbon fiber trim kit for the interior, they gave me $1000 and i got oil changes for the rest of my lease....trunk tray, all season mats, musiclink(sold to my friend)

I got my car back finally after another week at the dealer...

I am satisfied with all of their repairs now...

I am going to get my windows and headlights and taillights tinted on thursday...


I am gonna do 20% on the back windshield and rear seat windows and 35% for the front...

Now for the taillights and headlights.... should i do 20% or 35%?

I know its a little dirty, but I cant wash it for a couple of days...

Its brigh and sunny outside so you cant really see the tinted tails...
