I believe the spark plugs need to be changed too.

Change this -
Replace pulleys and tensioner if there is one in the circuit

to now read as -
Replace tensioner pulley

The custom pulley is called the UR Pulley. The UR Pulley is something different than the tensioner pulley.

Serpentine belt and water hoses. If you haven't had your brake system (all) fluid changed, this would be a great time to have it done.

seafoam? how is that done, i saw the other thread but it was confusing.

i called up the acura dealership in NJ, they said around 1200 for all the belts water pump. spark plugs im gonna do myself.

How would i go about changing all the brake fluid?

Its called flushing the brake fluid- same procedure as bleeding air from the brake fluid except there is no air- just old cruddy fluid to move thru and out
There are DIYs on brake fluid change,
Seafoam is easy and several threads with diy- even a gen3 vid was made,
spark plugs: use NGK Iridum- thats what is in there now
and works best- buy at local parts stores 7 bucks each,...acura 25 each same plug

Change the cabin air filter and the engine air filter- DIYs both

Check prices at the honda dealer and at private honda/acura specialist shops- they are in every town. When replacing the hoses get all of them- the 2 for the TB as well as radiator hoses- Use Honda coolant
Change the PS fluid too- another DIY for medium skill level

A good private shop- and all good shops- will be able to give you a LIST of what the book says to do, and what they have found is often needed on this type car with these miles.
Maybe they have seen a certain part failure in most of the TLs in your area- some road condition that wears out the....

This is not to say acura dealer is a bad place to go - they are well trained and skilled at this repair- its a big job and it helps to know what you are doing-
makes it go right the first time....with no extra parts... or leaks
Its ok to look around and make the best deal- getting the most technical labor done for your money and doing the easy stuff at home

All I can say is I have the racingbrake slotted only rotors and I love them. Couple them with OEM pads or the A-Spec ones, you will be really happy.

I had a honda tech tell me that the Honda V6's rarely have water pump problems even at high mileage. Said they didn't replace the pump unless it was requested. Just the timing belt and tensioner pulley. I got some RacingBrake Slotted rotors recently and some RB pads. They fixed the terrible vibration and haven't even acted like they were starting to warp. I like the way the feel too, with the stainless braided hoses. They are really sticky and have a nice growl when really clamping down on them. That is a very easy upgrade and a great time to replace brake fluid. I removed calipers and brackets and painted them with some black engine enamel. No, It's not caliper paint, but I don't plan on seeing brake temperatures in the 2000 degree range on MY car. They look nice to me.
