Third Gen. Car Cover

It looks like my car will be kept outside this winter.
Can anyone reccomend a good car cover for a 3'rd Gen TL?

Thanks.

Im pretty sure there are a lot out there, but the OEM one is a guarantee fit.

After a little research I decided on this (the first one). It has the option for the Type-S but unfortunately I don't think that would help for the Aspec. Maybe Acura OEM would be worth a try.

it does not have mirror pockets. mirror pockets allow the cover to sit on the car better and minimze potential to get lifted by wind.

<----------see avatar. true custom fit NOAH cover by covercraft. the elastic ends will stretch out after about a month of use (well they wo'nt be as snug as when you first stretched it over the car). get a set of gust guard clips for windy days. i'm on my 2nd car cover for my TL.

This is why I asked for advice on this. I'd have never thought about the mirror pockets. Thank you TLtrigirl.

my first one was a covercraft semi universal fit cover...granted the ass of the car stuck out since i have a roof rack...it worked. after 4 yrs it was retired since it like to leave dust on the car after rain and a hole was developing where it rubbed the bike mounts. the other thing...on windy days...it would work its way off the car.

so as a gift to the car i coughed up an extra chunk of change to get a true custom fit cover to include the roof rack. that is what you see in the avatar. the mirror pockets are nice, the custom fit was awesome and add the gust guards to keep the bugger in place on really windy days...the car stays happy and so does the owner.

i do not leave the cover on the car during heavy snow however. i just let the snow fall on it. its that whole fear of the cover freezing on the car. OEM covers will definitely fit. though i'm not sure of the materials used. i'd shop around. with black friday coming...there are sure to be 15% off discounts for internet sales with free shipping. autoanything is where i bought mine. they are quite helpful in answering any questions and concerns you have for a car cover. in fact i think last yr this time is when i bought it.

see if cover craft can custom fab one to accomodate the lip kit. you'll pay a little extra, but...it'll accomodate your lip kit.

mine accomodates my roof rack and bike mounts quite nicely.
