...Test Drive Total...
One of my friends wrecked her TSX and is getting herself a TL. So she goes to the dealership and is psyched as she tells me this on the phone that she is comin home with one definitely. Either way, I get a call 10 mins later with her screaming and crying. I freaked out and redialed her number and little do I know, she was on a test drive and got into an accident. The car was totaled and she decided not to share the drtails with me of what happened. She thankfully was not hurt and only had a few scratches and bruises on her.
What will happen now as far as she, the insurance company, and the car is concerned?

OMG! This is why the dealer requests your insurance information BEFORE you test drive. Her ins. will cover the wrecked car, then will either boost her rates or boot her as a customer, having wrecked two cars in a short time. No offense meant, but what is wrong with her? Bad luck? Bad karma? Ataxia (unsteadiness of limbs that is a medical problem)?

whoa...i've always been afraid of that to happen to me. but as far as insurance goes, i think neuronbob covered it pretty well. i hope nothing too bad happens and that she isnt traumatized

Depends on whether or not she was at fault for each collision, if there were any injuries, and what the insurance laws in her state specify. On top of all that, each insurance company deals with claims/customers differently. If HER insurance company has a policy that after 2 collisions a customer is dropped, that's what'll happen. Also, her driving record (traffic citations, etc.) can/will play a roll. Each insurance company is different, so there's no way to say for certain.
Additionally, depending on the DMV laws in her state and her past driving record, she could possibly have her license suspended or revoked.
The best thing to do is ask the insurance company and the DMV directly.
