Taking Off the Diagram Cover

Does anyone know how to take off the diagram cover, which is the metal surround inside the the 07-08 TL-S foglight housing? I've looked at it closely and it looks like it is held on by a Phillips screw, but I'm not sure how to access it. Anyone have any idea? It will let a lot more light out of the foglight location.

Bump. With everyone doing foglight mods, it seems that someone would have taken that off. It surrounds the bulb so much that removing it will allow a ton more light through.

I am about to purchase Nokya foglight bulbs, and would like to take the metal surround off that covers the bulb. Has anyone done this, or does anyone have any suggestions as to where I might find out how?

There was one dude, but he hasn't logged on since 08. Taking it off will yield so much more light to the sides of the road. I might have to just take one for the team and try it.

I think the reason you don't have an answer yet is because everyone is wondering what I am;

What is a diagram cover?!?!?

If you look at the foglights (only on models with them under the bumper), you will see a metal cover surrounding the bulb. It seems as though it is quite restrictive and limits a lot of the light that would otherwise shine toward the sides of the road.
If you look closely, there is a phillps screw securing it inside the housing, but I have no idea how to get in there. Next time you're out near your car, take a knee and you'll see what I mean.
