suggestion for a newbie on front bumper?
my front bumper was recently hit by another car in a parking lot. there was no dents but just paint chipped on the front bumper. i'm not sure if i need to replace the entire bumper but i probably do.
what websites/ vendors on this board can i get a stock front bumper for 07 tl-s (alabaster silver)? since i'm thinking about changing the bumper, should i get aspec kit instead? thank you

The costs depends on a couple of things. Your cheapest bet is probably Maaco. You can save some money if they leave the bumper on and tape around the rest of the car. The negative there is if you look really closely at the edges you can see the paint lines. They'll probably charge $50-100 more for the labor to remove the bumper to paint it. It's all up to you.
I had some paint work done on my wife's 05 Accord via the used car dealer we bought it from for a really good deal. Definitely shop around.

SSM is notoriously difficult to color match, as are most of the metallic colors and WDP. Ask around to friends, family, coworkers, etc. for shops that do good work. A good body shop is worth its weight in gold!

SSM isn't that bad, but it does depend on what paint system being used.
AM really sucks. Best bet is to find a reputable shop that does a lot of Honda paint work.
Looks like a repair and repaint would be fine. But, to me it looks like your bumper has been repainted in the past. Looks like there is a sanded color surface under the flaking paint. Normally if the paint peeled/chipped like that, the layers stick together and the black raw plastic is exposed.
