Does anyone know an easy way to fix this without removing the whole wheel?
I pushed the cruise cancel button down the other day and it didn't pop back up so the cruise doesn't work at all now. I'm new to this forum and couldn't find anything when I searched for this topic.

 

If it were me I'd use a knife blade or a thin screwdriver blade and lever it back up. You've probably got something sticky like old latte down in its hole. After you've pulled it back up you could try shooting a little WD-40 or Seafoam into the switch. For a permanent fix you may need to remove the airbag and remove and clean the switch. I spilled a cherry Coke on my telephone one time and never really got it completely cleaned out.
