North Jersey is bad for thefts. Had my 95 Integra stolen in Clifton in broad daylight (with video survailance.) Found four days later in East Orange....totally stripped. Have not visited Jersey since. Only positve is my new baby.....05 TL. But still miss the GSR.

 

A little over 1000 miles. They blew the right front tire and didn't do a good job of replacing it so now my wheels are scratched up pretty bad. They took all my CDs out and put their's in. Let's just say that their type of music fit their profile to a tee! They also smoked so much in the car that now it smells like a New York City taxi cab (no offense). I guess I need to stick some Arm & Hammer in there just to get the stink out!

 

baking soda and some febreze should remove the smell
I'd jus replace all 4 tires/wheels and get the brakes checked

also make sure there arent any "love stains" in the back seat

 

they stole my moms accord(right out my driveway)and found it 4 days later in east orange.hers was a stock 94. burned holes,put gum and candy all over interior,popped a curb (i assume broken axle),who knows what else.it seems like they stole hers just for a joyride and be destructive.its a shame you can't
have nothing nice.

btw my teggie was recovered in elizabeth.

 

So how the hell did they take it? I dont get it, if its some punks, how do hey have the know how to bypass an immobilizer? I was going to leave the car as is, no club, no autoloc, no alarm, but now, I am rethinkig that, maybe I should be something, but it seems redundant, if they can bypass the oem immobilizer they can go around most thngs.

This is exacly why I wanted to stray away from my Integra, but now it seems I have the same situation, only with a more expensive car.

 

I'd take the car to a professional detailer and have the whole interior shampooed. Who knows what the hell else they spilled or did in there.
