Looking to find the stick spring rates for intake and exhaust springs, I am doing a j30 build using MDX cams and trying to compare a few models of spring rates. If anyone has any information on these rates I thank you for the help. Information on the TL and TLS is priority however others are useful.

 

Edit: is there no edit post button on this forum? Just wanted to add that I have checked the garage with no information and from what I know the information is not in the user manual, mayyybe in the service manual.
