STI PERRIN Gurney Flap Photochop
Saw this on a sti the other day and thought, not bad. Did a quick photoshop and looks decent, only downside is drilling but maybe double sided tape could fix that issue.

Goes for $100 on ebay made of aluminum. Even buying acrylic to cut and size, material would be $20 bucks for a sheet of 18"x36"

You will probably have to drill into the lip spoiler. With the angle it sits and placement, I don't think the best of the best tape will hold it on. Interested to see how it looks! Way to be creative!

Instead of a Dremel and cut-off wheel, look at getting a jig saw and some blades designed for cutting plexiglass. I have used them to cut ABS plastic and they make really clean cuts. You could also take a straight edge to cut along to get the line perfect. Otherwise, a machine will be the only shot at perfection.
Besides the minor waviness, it looks good!
Seems you and I are in contentions for the best looking/only DMM's on the site:
Not the best lighting on the pic/depends on the monitor, but the wheels are matte bronze. Back on the stock wheels for now though. Having issues with something on the XXR's. Violent shaking when I hit 70, chances are the wheels are just shit.

grab some hubcentric rings. 64.1mm to whatever the back of your wheel is. also tighten evenly with torque wrench

I had hubcentric rings on that fit flush on both the wheel and hub. Wheels I would torque to 80 ft/lbs in a star pattern and then go back through and double-check each.
I think it's definitely an issue with the balancing and the wheels having some quality issues from being so cheap. Two of them have between 15-18 weights on them. Last step before selling is to get a different set of hubcentric rings and then roadforce balanced. If the problem persists, they will become someone else's problem.
