DAMN Son! You really hit the mark. This made me reflect on EVERYONE that has touched my life, those in my past and my present! May God bless you all- he has answered a BIG prayer for me tonite!

Steve stepped up to the plate and helped me out when I was a TL newbie. Though I never met him, he lives about 1/2 hour from me offered more than once to show me first hand how to do certain fixes. Steve was a good man and my thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

I know what it feels like to lose someone really close to you. My father died in '01. While he had been really sick for a long time (3 years), it was still unexpected and hit me hard.
Things like this aren't something that you "get over". You are forced to live with it for the rest of your life. You have to adjust. There will be regrets, believe me, there will, of things you could've done differently, or maybe you think you could've saved him/her somehow. The best thing to do is look at the good times that have been had. I know there have been many, with plenty of members here. Although I didn't know you Steve, I think I would have liked you. For what it's worth, I give my condolences to the family, and may God bless Steve, Scott, the family, and all affected by his death including Acurazine members.

makes you wonder how long you really have, i was always drawn to his posts since i am Steve V and i was also born in 1966......wow, prayers are with his family and friends

I am so sorry for your loss scott, i personally didn't know him but had had quite a few converstaions with him via e-mail. He helped me out with some ideas for my grill, he will be sorely missed around here. my prayers are with you and your family, scott. stay strong and keep his memory alive!
