Not sure where the confusion is but...what I was saying was that the mirror button is supposed to light up at night along with many of the other buttons on the car, but there is also another little orange light on the mirror button that will light up if the mirror button is pressed in. This will indicate that the mirror heaters/defrosters are ON. If only the little orange light on this button is lighting up in your car then the little mirror light is out because they are both supposed to light up.

The mirror control switch has one piece that illuminates with the parking lights-the round mirror position control button with "MIRROR" written on it.
There is a second LED which is in the heater button and lights when the button is pressed to indicate active heating of the mirrors. Neither the mirror heater button itself nor the "L OFF R" switch illuminate.
I have replaced the stock bulbs in this switch with blue LEDs.

You are correct. That button only lights up when you press it in. The mirror control switch (L OFF R) next to it also does not light up. The round MIRROR button does light up.
I swapped out both LEDs in this switch and it was a cast iron PITA. Several hours and one switch later, I have it working (for the most part)!
Thanks for posting the pics to clear it up.
BTW, for anyone else wondering what does and does not light up, it looks like con5tant's dash is fully lit with every bulb working normally.
I have replaced a lot of my stock bulbs with blue LEDs. I forgot what they looked like stock!

wow...I could have sworn the the little mirror button also lit up. I knew the "L OFF R" did not light up but I just thought my mirror button had a burnt bulb. My warranty just ran out so I was thinking I would have to go in there and replace the bulb someday...good to know I was wrong and that button does not lite up afterall.

Forr those that are hesitant about the seat heater switch
When you get the console loose, and can see the actual switches... all you have to do is pull the silver tape up and the bulb is located right underneath.. small flatblade screw driver a slight turn and out they come! No need to remove the actual switch, unless you are upgrading to LED's Sorry I don't have pics but it was the first thing I noticed that was not lit and went straight to the dealer for the bulb.... Now that I've read this thread I'll get the Stealership to replace my stearing wheel bulbs... Thanks Az!!!

Thanks! Hey, did you get a chance at replacing the radio/nav lights with LED? Any idea if the entire console and lower side dash pieces need removed when removing the radio and/or nav screen? I'm hoping that only the alum strips are all that needs removed to replace some of the nav button lights.
