Starter motor replacement part for 2006 TL 6MT

Hey Friends! I am having a mega bitch of a time getting an aftermarket starter motor for my 2006 TL 6-speed MT. I looked up the part in oempartsonline.com using my VIN number (in case there was some change), and it comes up with this:
https://acura.oempartsonline.com/v-2...rical--starter
It is 31200-RCA-A02.
I find this on amazon, with this OEM part number as an x-ref, and no dice!
Amazon Amazon
The holes for mounting do not even align, nor is the length of the nose anywhere close.
This is the second starter i ordered where it is not 31200-RCA-A02. Called a few boneyards, no one has it.
I don't want to pay acura $425 for this part as the car is old, 238k on the clock.
Any ideas for cheaper replacement where whoever supplies it will get it right? Amazon failed TWICE.
thanks

Take your pick at rockauto, search for their 5% discount coupon to help save a little $$.

a denso reman can be had for $160 after core return. I dont know why people continue to try and use amazon for car parts when there are significantly better tools out on the internet that are DEDICATED to cars… make sure you select the MT and not the AT one

I'm inclined to speculate that it is the seduction of 'prime' and its quick shipping included with the membership versus paying for shipping from other vendors?
Even though, such as this case, it turns into a big time charlie foxtrot, lol.

FWIW, I took a chance on a RockAuto rebuild starter from BBB which had a closeout on their Acura 2005 TL 6MT starter at $38 AND no core deposit (I have the old starter so eventually I'll get around to debugging it). It's been fine since April when I installed it, the quality of the remanufacture was also very good.

RockAuto has them back in stock but the price is up to $73
