Sprint, Bluetooth, and My TL
I've had my TL since January, and I am dying to get the chance to use the bluetooth features. But lo and behold, the only Sprint phone with that capability, I wouldn't be caught dead using. Guess I'm just used to the Sanyo's and Samsung's that Sprint uses. The earliest Sprint projects releasing a BT Phone is mid-2004. Can't wait.

I've read all over this forum how crappy the T608 is, but other than a so-so screen and 2 days of battery life, I like this phone better than my old A500. Better reception, fewer dropped calls, speaker phone, more pocketable, and it interfaces flawlessly with my PC and my TL without cables. IMO, it was worth every penny of the $99 it cost me.

I have the T608, its is as good as any other Sprint phone I have had except the battery life. I would perfer a clamshell case but having bluetooth was more important given I was buying a TL.
The Moto 710 is a slated for Verizon release first but I plan on getting one and seeing if I can get it working on the Sprint network. I know someone got the T608 working on the Verizon network so I'll give it a try. Or I may just switch to Verizon when I go to work for them (employee discount)

I am in the same boat...
I tried the T608 (sitting right here on my desk, being used as a paper weight), and went back to my Samsung.
I too am very much looking forward to more Bluetooth option's from Sprint

joele: For living in houston, you definitely have the wrong mobile provider. Try Cingular or T-Mobile, you will be that much happier. I was down there last weekend just on a weekend trip and I have T-Mobile. Full signal everywhere. Houston was the first city in Texas to deploy GSM back in the day and they have improved so much.
