a-spec package price?

At work and don't have time to search but does anyone know the price of the full A-spec package (wheels, suspension, spoiler, underbody spoiler, badging, steering wheel, etc.)?

My dealership was charging an extra $6,900 for the entire package (which is why I couldn't afford it when I bought the car! LOL.).

My dealer charges $5k, but if you piece it together yourself and install it yourself, you can do it for well under $4k, I believe.

My breakdown was as follows:
Body Kit 815
Suspension 750
Rims 1200
Tires 600
Steering wheel 333
decklid spoiler 310

Parts Total $4008

Labor
Suspension 400
Steering Wheel 150

Total Spent on A-Spec Kit: $4558

I saved about $1200 from buying in pieces on ebay instead of buying the kit from the dealer. PLUS, i have Toyo T1R tires that are better than those yoko ES100's.

^^^ Yeah, that's why I revised my post to "about" from "well under"...forgot about shipping expense...just missed the cut off to edit. $4,008 qualifies as about $4k in my book...I didn't count labor because except for mounting the tires, a person could do it themselves (and labor rates seem to vary widely depending on where you are and who you know).

The suspension, yes...the rest is cosmetic...if you like how it looks, get it.

if i had to do it over again, i'd do the following.

RonJon bodykit 2400
RonJon wheels/tires 1700
Eibach Prokit 200

Total Parts $4300

your overall appearance is much more unique than the a-spec kit and your only paying a slight bit more.

however, i do have an acura tl a-spec and i am sure it will be reflected in the resale better than a ronjon TL. i didn't sacrifice any ride quality with the a-spec suspension, but it was more expensive.

hope this helps and potential buyers

2400 for the RJ body kit???? i thought someone told me it was upwards of like 5000... 2400 isn't bad for a kit like that...

even with that new update on the price, i'm still kinda iffy about replacing the bumpers....i kind of want my car to say 100% acura...maybe even make it a sleeper car with performance mods down the road.... i dunno that was just the plan i had but like anything, plans can be changed

If a body kit cost $5000US, it better be unbreakable and fully stone chip proof.

The RJ kit costs $1500 unpainted + shipping + installation + paint < $5k. I would guess around $3k.

More info on the RonJon kit here: http://www.ronjonsportdesign.com/tlkit.html

i don't see why not. even if they don't, it is not a hard install. it has to be easier than that of the a-spec kit.....
