Ooooooh megan coilover KIT... WHAT.... Dude you gonna have to roll slammed to make those 18" stand out a tad bit more... 2" drop ftw
If you ever do decide to get a cf hood... The real requirement is to have it painted with a few clear coas... And to line the inside with heat resistant foil... You will see mine whenever I get a bigger apartment lol... Oem hood in my living room ftl

what's wrong with a CF hood?
i think being unique is better than being the same. Yea the aspec lip looks hella nice and all but everybody has it. it's like when i owned an accord. EVERYBODY had the OEM kit, no different than the next guy. Seems like a lot of the cars here are like that too. The only difference i see is how low and the type of rim each guy gets.
I say go with the CF hood and make yourself look different.
That TL on top is SICK as hell and that eric guy's TL is DEFINATELY one of the best TLs out there. If anybody else bothered to make their car look different, you'd get mad props.
I'll also be going for a CF hood later, vinyl top, and hopefully CF trunk if they offered it.
too bad there's only so many parts available for our cars but change it around and be unique!

i was thinkin of converting the TL into a convertiable lol i have a few friends who own body shops and would be able to do it. mayb summertime itd wud b a mod to do..il b the frist to do it possibly and b unique

convertible on a 4 door?... unique yes.. but this is reminding me of the hatch back 97 accord with custom paint job and went convertible.
TL's are too high in general.. for a 4 door convertible, you should do it with a car that's generally lower.
I lowered my TL and it's still higher than my friends TYPE R..
but who am i to say not to do it.. go for it!

well my megan coilover will be here monday,and im going to say my a-spec should be here by wed. but i cant install my a-spec cause its goin in for a new paint job sooo...april 1st it will be finished and put together fully... i will post pics of my megan coilovers on monday/tuesday...check out my thread in suspension.

full a-spec, CF hoods are corny, i mean ricey, i mean both. buy a civic and put a CF hood on that. or be a complete fool and buy the CF hood but paint it to match your car, thats what a real enthusiast would do.
