I noticed two small paint chips on the hood today, it looks like they are not deep ...
What's the cheapest way to fix them? I hope I don't have to repaint the hood?
Thanks in advance!

If they are your typical day-to-day small paint chips, best bet is a Touch Up Pen/Brush from the dealership.
Brush and pen come in the same bottle and the brush works better. Some use a toothpick. Works ok and needs a couple of coats to fill in well.
Best part is they are color matched for the vehicle.

Touch up paint with a toothpick and then buff it to smoothen everything out

Yes .. but be patient and dab it in the chip with a tooth pick till you fill the chip .. don't slop it all over it trying to fill it all at once.Originally Posted by tommyjeans214
