will an "a-spec" front bumper fit a regular 06 tl? if so , does anyone have a part number or best place/price to get it ?

 

the A-spec is actually a lip that goes onto your current bumper. Basically, yes, it will fit. I believe the Vendor ACKTL05 or something sells them at good prices. Check the vendor section.

will the 07,08 aspec front with fog lights fit my 06 base? or how do i get those fog lights? do those come with the aspec front lip? or do i need to get 07,08 aspec front lip? or how do i get those fog lights in the lower grill part?

 

i would get the entire kit if i were you. will the front lip look weird or out of place w/out the sides and rear? yes...yes it will. get the whole kit, trust me.

04-06 folks usually do the "accord fog light mod"...do a search and you'll find PLENTY of threads on this.

the 07-08 aspec front lip does not come with fog lights, nor will it fit on your 04-06 bumper. you'd need a 07-08 bumper to get the 07-08 aspec lip. they make different kits for a reason...

Yup. I started back when with just the front, then the rear and then the sides. It looks so much better with the whole kit instead of just the front, but don't get me wrong, the front changes the look the most.

If you are located close to NJ, I install the accord fog lights onto the base models. I also can get just the front or anything OEM needed. Here is a picture:

I was only going to pick up the rear under-spoiler at first, and the more I cruised Azine, the more I realized I needed to get the entire kit to complete the look. + if you decide later that you want to add pieces, it will end up costing you more than if you take advantage of Ack's GB

ok im confused, only accord mod fogs i see, are with a type s grill. so do i need to change out grills also, or can i just fit the accord fogs into my 06 base tl grill?

 

you can fit them if you are willing to dremel dremel dremel

i dont understand why some are melting they say. i dont care for hid conversion but is that a must?

 

The HID conversion isn't a must but in my opinion it looks cleaner if the fogs are HID. Getting a whole new bumper might be more expensive. Especially if you plan on getting it installed somewhere. The thing about working on your car is that you don't do it all at once. Get a few things done here and there and after a while you got yourself a pretty sweet looking ride.

 

well how do i know if fogs i buy will melt the housing? why would someone sell fog lights if they melt while on?
