FedEx finally delivered the kit on the 3rd try. For those that received their kits, how well was it packaged? The box mine came in was pretty beat up and had a hole in one end at least a foot wide. When I opened the box I noticed what looked like a zip tie laying on top of some of the parts. Once I unwrapped the rear lip I found out it was part of one of the connectors for the lip since the other end of it was sitting in the packaging, unattached. There's also a small chip in the bottom of the rear lip but I'm hoping I can touch it up and that it won't be noticeable being near the underside of the lip.

Also, did any of you get instructions or an invoice with your order? I didn't receive any paperwork.

I have an email in to Tim about this. I'm sure he'll take care of me as he's done for many people. Just curious if anybody else has run into problems. Looking forward to getting these items resolved and installing this kit.

I just got my kit. Ordered on 1/30, recived on 2/4. It was packaged well. Boxes in good condition. I will be inspecting all contents of the two boxes later today and check for any instructions, paper.

I had the same problem, but everything inside had no problems. I installed it the day I received it (front and sides) and it had no scratches or damages to anything, so I decided not to call Tim and just let it be.

I'm sure you can pick them up. You still have to buy it from there website (Group buy preferred, cheaper) and pick them up from there so you don't have to pay those surcharges and fees to ship to Canada. You could also help other Canadians pick them up if you'd like, they'll reimburse you for your time hopefully.

Hey bud, i just call Acura 2000 in Brampton he quote me for $800 bucks + taxes the kit comes 4 pieces painted, he called it aireo for type-s, and a-spec for base tl.
I'm not sure if it the same kit that it on here.

Does anyone know if the group-buy has been extended past 1-30? I was just on the website, and it let me add to cart, but I wanted to ask before submitting to buy. If so...THAT'S A CRAZY GOOD PRICE! Definitely want to hook that up if I can. Local dealer's quote was at least $200 more...

BTW...great to see such an informative forum with so many TL enthusiasts...I think I'm addicted to this site now. U all have so many sweet rides & ideas.

Reason why its "cheaper" is because when you ship from the US you have to pay the fees to ship to Canada. If you lived in the US, you'd would be paying $790 while when you get one at Acura 2K you're paying $800 plus taxes. Aero = base/types = Aspec and they have to come factory painted.

But GL on your buy and hopefully you love your aspec body kit
