Spark Plug replacement

So I'm looking to get my spark plugs replaced and don't know if I should go to the dealer or what. They just quoted me $120 but that seems expensive since I'm providing the spark plugs myself. I'm not car saavy so I can't do it myself.

Fairly easy job, you'll need a spark plug socket to grab the plugs out of the engine.

The rear's can be a little difficult due to space restrictions. A 3in ratchet extension is too short to tighten/loosen with near the beggining and a 6in extension is too long towards the end of getting the thing out. If you can find something that is 4 or 5in that would be perfect. The fronts are easy, you'll just need to remove the coolant reservoir bracket out of the way. I think it took me 10min for the front and maybe 30 min for the rear. I'm not the quickest at doing repairs either.

My only other tip is to look at removing the strut tower bar, it makes getting access to the rear plugs much easier.

I paid about $50 at auto wherever and it took me about 2 hours to do myself. If you do it yourself take off the strut bar, that will make the job way easier and closer to an hour, just truste me on this. You will need some various extensions like 2 3" and a 6". Also a magnetic stick would be helpful and a swivel head socket wrench. If you have that plus the spark plug socket this is an EASY job. I replace mine every 50,000 miles but acura says they can last 100,000.

$120 though at the dealership is probably only one hour labor, so thats not really a ripoff. Pretty standard pricing IMO, but you can obviously save that $120 if you do this yourself. $120 for an hour or two is worth it to me.
