i hav an 05 NBP TL and was wondering whether i shud get the tails and headlights smoked or go w the TL-S tails. also i want a drop but live in NE and was wondering what a good amount would be for all the snow
Hey Eaglestorm, welcome to the forums.
I wouldn't recommending smoking their headlights because you will loose visibility, which compromises your safety a little bit. However, there are a few members that have done it.
I say go with the Type-S lights, but more recently members have been modifying there lights also. You can check out "Elegant Type S" here's the thread too: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-photograph-gallery-96/finally-got-chance-take-pics-total-ronjon-tl-633036/
Also try the "search" function all of these topics you've asked have pretty much been covered, except maybe the snow question.

TL-S tails. By a longshot.
If thats nebraska, I don't know how much snow you get. I live in New England and had an integra lowered 1.8". Too low if you drive on snow covered roads. The snow tires on my intergra ate it up, but once you hit 4 inches on the road, you're not goin far.
I would say 1", but I wouldn't lower it at all if you drive in snow. Unless you plan on dropping some dough on some nice coilovers.
