i'm a ex-G35 , TSX owner ..
yes i totaled the two cars .. :wow:
and now i'm planing to get the new TL
got some stupid questions ..
i'm consider the white colour but i thought its interior is wood rite ?? i'm crazy about the carbon fiber interior >< ..
but seems white pearl doesn't come with it ..
anyone got the car yet .. and have any infomation .. like can u change the interior when u order it ?? ...
and i'm living in Canada .. so that's another big probelms ..
we got very limited options ..

 

Depends what color looks better being towed. I guess.

 

Why not another G35?

 

Perhaps you should get a bicycle until you are over your "car totaling" phase. I would recommend a white bike.

 

Come on guys, don't be so harsh. Carbon fibre comes only with ebony interior. Check the Acura.ca website for the colour combos. The base and Navi are the same combos. Dyanmic (6MT) has the red and anthracite colour with Ebony.

 

Sorry to hear of your driving troubles. I suspect they weren't your fault, or your probably would not have your license anymore and your insurance costs would probably be more than the cost of the new car:wow:
That said, I too was not in favor of the interior treatments as Acura has positioned them. My choice was the opposite of your's though. I prefer the wood look, and wanted a Quartz interior. Instead of having to choose different secondary color combos (IMHO) I investigated ordering the pieces and having them installed. Turns out you can order the inserts. Yes this does cost $$ but when I am paying so much for a car anyways, it is that much more important to me to get the one that I will enjoy the most. Check with your dealer and the parts dept. to investigate this option. It is going to cost me around $800 U.S.

Carbon fiber comes with the Ebony AND the Quartz interiors. Wood comes with the Parchment and the Camel.

The White Diamond Pearl is available with the Quartz interior, which would award you with the carbon fiber trim. Get that.

Now, this is all true for the US models. Not sure if color choices are different for Canada, sorry.

In Canada the WDP only comes with the parchment interior and thus you get the faux wood. The ebony is the only interior option in Canada with the Carbon fibre, we don't get quartz here.
