So, I did something drastic today.... I bought a new car!!!


BUUUTTTTTT.... I'm not leaving Acurazine.....

I could never leave AZ...

I got a 4G SH-AWD WDP/Ebony.... I pick it up at the end of the month... So i've got about 10 days to completely dismantle my car..

All parts will be for sale in the Black Market.... So Check the thread over there, or PM me !!!!

I wanted a 335i.... but the way i wanted it, was too much money.. even with deals/incentives.. and trade in blah blah, the BMW was a little too rich for my blood...

Everything about the 4G is a win to me... EXCEPT

-Slower than my Type-S
-Crappy Brake Calipers
-F-Ugly Grille

I am getting the sick deal, with LOWER monthly payments then my Type-S... awesome interest rate... the whole 9 yards!! I can't believe I did this.... sigh... but my UA7 had 33k miles on it, and i beat the hell outta thing....

Honestly, with the slower 4G.. i will be less inclined to race people, so its safer and more responsible...

I was gonna get the 335i... but price was too high, and i would probably kill myself with a 12.2 car (after i chipped it )

 

335 is nice, but alot more money when equiped like the TL.

I want a 4G, but I'm waiting until the 6MT gets here.

 

what dealer did you get it from and what are your new and old payments and how many years.thanks

 

If you cant afford a new one then you should have went for a used 335I instead, . It would still be a better choice....none the less good luck and have fun with your new car.

 

Dude, you are such a well respected staple on the 3G site. I can't believe you're getting a 4G. The things you said you didn't like are the reasons I DIDN'T consider a 4G. And what's this about becoming more responsible-you're only 25! You'll get the mod bug-even with the 4G..I'm anxious to see what you do with the new TL.

on a side note, my friend picked up a 335 (had to fly to SoCal though) for about 30 out the door FTW. Had about 20K miles on it and warranty such intact.

 

damn it sucks and its good at the same time. congrats on your new purchase. enjoy.

^ no, 6MT is coming in Late October.... V6 TSX will be out next week, but i wanted the SH-AWD

 

I am waiting for the 6MT TL SH-AWD to get here.

 

everyone be careful. black will convert all 3G owners to 4G when hes done with his car.

 

hard to believe.... after the 3g get old everybody is gonna convert to something else ... they just managed perfectly to screw up the new TL.

Wow, your car, like to many other, was an inspiration. I wanted to mod my TL, but hadn't realized the true potential of a TL until that night that I asked to hear your ATLP quads and you met up with me and took me for a ride. At that point, I was HOOKED!

 

dang, what a pimp 3g you had. I wonder if anyone will make parts for the 4G.

Now we can see what a can be done to a 4G.

 

The V6 TSX will be fast... but the luxuries/features on the 4G are superious.. especially with the tech package and sh-awd

 

Congrats on the new ride! I think acura might just be waiting too to see what you will do to change the beast into a beauty.
