Question So finally... HIt and run....Options

So.. it finally happened to me... some one hit and ran... the messed up part is .. I park indoors but yesterday i was out in NJ at a wedding and had to park on the street.

My questions is, what options do I have. The paint cracked.

Awww that sucks dude. I THINK insurance will cover that. I could be wrong though. If they do, just make sure you take it to a shop you know and trust. Insurance shops are generally crap.

Cool

Wow, that sucks, it looks like a person was trying to parallel park behind you, and the front right on their car hit yours.

But does not look bad, I would pay out of pocket, because you dont need all that much body work/paint. Keep us updated!!

yeah it does... the worst part is the the damage area is tiny... the pics make it look bigger than it is. But it definitely takes a lot of work to repair it. I am going to see wht i can do.

Damn that sucks J.. Hopefully insurance covers all of it, but Im pretty sure its minus the deductible. Take it to wanderers shop to see what they say and maybe they can add $500 to it to waive the deductible on your end.

..

And AL!!! Jersey drivers arent the worst !!!!!! hehe

I saw his car yesterday and I didn't even notice it... he had to point it out... it shouldn't be more than 500 to 600 bucks to fix... but that's just me... and I'm not a body man...
