Smoke Taillight question...

Smoke Taillight question...

hey can someone post a close up pic of the taillight with the smoked tint on it? specifically the edge where it meets the trunk. I ask because I got mine done and the edge isnt completely smooth, is that normal?

did you use vinyl to tint it? I spray tinted mine and buffed it till it was smooth to avoid complications like that

they probably used a razer to cut it, which makes it turn out crappy.

^^^^Looks good. I just cut mine with an exacto knife. Laid the knife up against the light and followed the lines of the housing. My cuts are smooth and not jagged looking. I'm just glad to be here in San Diego, without all the climate changes so there is no chance of shrinkage. Again use an exacto knife not a razor blade, you have more control over a exacto.
