I can easily see how that might happen. I have a hard time telling the difference between playing MP3s on my iPod over an FM modulator as compared to a CD while I'm driving. That's because I'm not paying attention to the recording of the music while I'm driving. I'm concentrating on driving.

PS That Linkin Park disc is pretty good, and I hate all these "my life sucks so I'm going to beat you up" bands that seem to be so popular these days.

The reviewer mentioned wind noise, that's the one thing I've noticed is absent in this car. I can't remember the last car I've driven that was so silent at any speed, virtually no wind noise.
Overall though a good article.

But the car isn't quiet enough on busy highways or rough pavement to allow appreciation of the fancy sound system. I could distinguish a regular CD from a DVD-Audio disc only while sitting in the driveway. On the street, road rumble and wind noise overwhelmed the subtleties of the surround-sound. A docking station for an iPod might have been a hipper choice for the TL, but just how many potential TL buyers are also MP3 junkies is an open question.
Norse396, I see your point. In my case, I do feel the noise coming from driver side window, but it's definitely not as loud as this guy talked about.
Air Noise
TO neuronbob, cannot wait. Thanks.

I take umbrage with this comment. I find the TL to be very quiet. In fact its much more quiet than our '04 Nissan Maxima. And I can distinguish between DVD-A's and CD's while driving.
This reviewer must have hearing troubles.
