I was browsing ebay and came across this listing for a aspec badge. I know they are rare but the buy it now price is crazy. Did the value of these badges go up?

Supply and demand. That's actually not a bad price. I've seen them for 100

 

I could see someone paying 100 max for it but the buy it now for 250 is crazy. Everyone will pay whatever it takes to have something they really want but I just have never seen that high of a price for the aspec badge. I got lucky and bought 4 brand new ones for 120. I'm sure those prices are way gone!!

 

Only nuts if he doesn't get his price. Time will tell...........

Volvo badging, especially the T6 and Inscription stuff isn't cheap. Buddy of mine wanted to pull them off his 2014 and replace them with the 2015 versions like on his Dad's S80 (he has the 70 wagon) since he liked the style and placement better (yet oddly enough had me remove the VOLVO badging) and said just the two were almost $150 at the dealer and he had to prove his car original came with T6 and Inscription badges. He said the dealer prices them like that to discourage people from putting them on lesser versions.

Crazy pricing on the A-Spec stuff though.
