Hell yes man. I knew someone would do it sooner or later.

Cant wait to see it. Make sure to ask the paint shop about upkeep of the paint. Ive heard that with a flat/satin finish doing things like opening and closing the doors can "polish" the paint and make it shine just from the oils and contact with your hands.

 

I'm excited to see how it comes out!

 

Damn, I was at F1 motorsport the other day and they had a satin black CLS500. It looked insane. Owner told me that paint job cost $6k.

thanks for the positive remarks guys... might get delayed a lil later maybe two weeks..just waiting for my 07 side mirrors to come in so i can get it all painted at the same time but if it comes in early ill and i get the car painted and ill post pics asap

is that the same color as the monochromatic matte black...cause I saw that color on a benz cls and that was sick. if its the same color wow that would be the best paint job ever...personally i think it should be like a factory paint.

that color is HOT a friend of mine has been talking about painting his 56 Chevy race car that color...only with some shade of green flames

Be sure it is a GOOD Satin Black paint job. I've seen some shotty ones around that look like the car is still in prep mode and need a coat.

A good satin is nice.
