RSX vs TL
2003 RSX type S 6MT vs. 2004 TL 6MT
A good friend of mine in his RSX had been waiting for a good day to race. Temperature was great, sun was shining.
Not much of a contest. He got a quick jump on me (1/2 car length) but as soon as I hit 2nd I started reeling him in pretty quick and by third I was well ahead. We continued to about 100 but at that time he was getting more distant in the rear view. We played around some more in the rolling 40 mph area and that is where he really got stomped.
So there ya have it. I really expected the RSX to be a little quicker. All my friend say was "damn that thing is fast"

Some other "bench racers" can chime in but my guess it would be a drivers race between the two. My friends is a "slam the gears and clutch as hard as you can", where I'm more of a "get the fastest time" kind of driver.

My friend purchased a RSX-S right before I got my TL, I drove it before and thought, wow, this kinda moves, I purchased the TL, then drove the RSX-S again, really slow in comparison, clutch is weird too, it only has like 1" movement

I used to have a 03 rsx type s, but now i have a AT 04 TL, i raced the guy who bought my rsx a couple of week ago, the rsx has intake, header, and exhaust, it was a really close race, we both went back and forth taking the lead, hitting close to 130... But at the end the TL won about a quater of a car lenght. The TL is fast, but considering that the RSX only had intake header and exhaust it was hella fast, for just simple bolt on stuff. But if you race a RSX that has more then just basic, chances are we're not going to win.
