RSX-S vs. E36 M3 vs. B18c5 EG

Decided to meet up with some friends to do some pulls. The E36 was just purchased, has a few mods, never had the opportunity to run one. Glad we were able to get it in. Mods in the vid.

Euro motor got Individual throttles. there would be quite a bit more involved to make the swap work.

e36 has always been the red headed stepchild of the M3's, but it's still a cool car. And we can't do what it did at 1:05 in the video.

Yonkers, you need to hit the track! I bet you can trap 104 mph in decent weather conditions.

yeah ur right on the 1:05 part but hey I could go get a S2000 and do that all day long!! and yes E36 M3 is the bastard child....Def is my least favorite M3...I would take a E30 M3 (4cyl) all day over the E36 US spec!

A DA calculator will fix that, but I know, it's better to be holding an actual time slip with more favorable numbers.

The intake manifold from the euro s50b32 will not give you the 80hp increase on the us s52, completely different motors. Most people just get the bigger s50 manifold that came with the 3L M3s or the 2.8L 328, you can get as much as 15hp to the rear wheels for less than $100.

^ Agreed. Although it was in my sig, it's obvious I didn't actually run those times.

When you go let me know, I'm sure I could get a couple more cars to tag along. Maybe we'll get some GoPro runs in on the way to the track.
