The RR Journals: Key remote t/up paint

Here is one that no one should get a headache from:

I found a perfect color match for the darker outer portion of the TL's remote - so if you get scratches, you can actually restore it to like new condition.

Subaru code SOA 308M14 (Slate) - small bottle and applicator

If anyone ever thought I was touching up my remote I'd be laughed out of the neighborhood. They already think I'm anal because I vacuum my garage. So................ do you get this stuff at a Subaru dealer?

Yes, i get Subaru parts from a Subaru dealer, Acura parts from an Acura dealer, and my Bentley parts from AutoZone.

I not only vacuum my garage, but I just layed down these huge heavy rubber mats from Northern and park my S2000 on it - cleans up nice, no stains, and it is easier on the back when working underneath.

And lest anyone think that I spent endless hours searching, it just so happens that I stumbled onto this quite by coincidence. My beater, the 1997 Outback, has 2-tone paint, and the lower half is.....Slate. Go figure.
