Roof spoiler for TL
Any of you guys know if anybody makes a roof spoiler (or rear window spoiler...whatever they call those things) for the TL. I think the right one would make the TL look hot.

I see the roof spoiler on a lot of minivans these days. It's just like those germans to borrow their designs from the minivan industry.

go to http://www.sarona.com Next click on Acura and then Acura acessories. You will see a roof spoiler for a 1999 - 2003 TL

I was on my way to Georgia this past weekend and saw a Black TL 2004-up that had the rear roof spoiler on it. Not sure where he got it though, it looked HOT. He had a Nitrous Express decal as well. I was not in my TL unfortunately, I took the Civic Hybrid for gas milage. I saw him again about an hour later, he was pulled over on the side of the highway for some reason. Anyone know where he might have found it online?

i asked him about it & it's not going to happen.
Sarona had 1 for the 2G, if i could get a used one i'd trim it. i almost put a lip spoiler from my 2G on, but it's not the right thing to do

Totally useless (other than a sunshade) and perhaps dangerous at high speed. These only work on hatchbacks that separate the airflow at the backend due to steep angled windows. The trunk lip may actually reattach the airflow and improve aerodynamics.

I think most would get it for looks, I seriously doubt anybody is planning to put the car in a wind tunnel after they get it. And it doesn't have enough surface area to be anywhere near dangerous. If anything it might add a slight bit of wind noise and that's about it.
