Right Rear Window leak :-)

I was driving up to the mountains yesterday and noticed that there was a wind noise coming from the right rear. I pulled up on that window switch. No change. Checked the display. No "door open" warning. This was strange as I had considered the quietness of the TL to be excellent.

About a half-hour into the drive, I realized that the power window lock was on! I disabled it and raised the right rear window.

Duh.

I've never had a car that locks out the driver's power window controls. Is this an Acura "feature"?

whenever I want to check if a window is shut tight or not, I also lower (open) it first, then close it again. So you always know if the lock out switch is on or not.

I agree that the switch should not disable the controls of the drivers. On my Volvo, it only disables the passenger control at the back seats.
