Replacing A-Spec side skirts.. does instructions still apply?

I will be ordering brand new A-Spec side skirts to replace the one I have now. I did look at the instructions from the 3G garage, and https://hondacuraworld.hostasaurus.com/Merchant2/instructions/tl/2004sideunderspoiler.pdf.

Will the instructions still apply since I'm not taking the stock ones off, but replacing my A-spec skirts? My friend is going to give me a hand on this as well, so I don't have to pay labor at the dealership.

Has anyone replaced their A-spec side skirts with brand new ones? I know I can still use some of the existing clips, but just want to make sure if I should go by these instructions. Thanks for the help.

Yep, everything will be exactly the same to replace your current A-spec sides with new A-spec sides as doing the factory to aspec.. This is the easiest part of the whole lip kit to install. There's not much you can do to mess anything up really.

well then, u obviously have not met me. the only thing i trusted myself to do was put on a redskins license plate frame, and i still screwed that up, the bottom wont stay on, the clips are to small to stay on the plate

Yup. Just go through the A-Spec side skirt install backwards. Always safe to read through the entire instructions first before starting.

Be careful with the clips; you should be able to reuse all of them. Clips to look out for (driver's side view):

Good luck!
