Remote Start
Yes. There are several RS brands that are designed to work with MT: DEI (Viper, Clifford, Python), Comustar, Autostart. There's a good DIY in the audio forum for a DEI install. It was for an auto. There are slightly different wiring hook ups for a MT that are detailed in the install manual. Don't recommend DIY if you are not electrically smart. Do a search for: "Very detailed", use the quotation marks.

I have a remote start on my car, had it installed at a local shop though. The only thing about having it on a MT is when you're shutting your car off you have to make sure you follow a certain procedure. (which you get used to, and for the most part, do anyway.)
1.) Hold the brake
2.) Make sure car is in neutral, and pull the e-brake
3.) Let out the brake
4.) Hit the remote start button within 15 secs.
Now when you take the key out the car will still run, but when you close and door and lock it, the engine will shut off. If you unlock the car for any reason, i.e. to get something out of the back seat, you can't start up with the remote start. I guess it's a safety precautions so you don't accidentally put the car in gear and then use the remote start.
Good luck!
