After reading some posts i have decided to go with the redline product for my transmission. But, there seems to be about 4 different kinds for the manual transmission. There is :

1. MTL
2. MT-90
3. 75W90 NS
4. 75W140NS
5. Synthetic D4 ATF

Which one do i choose? I live in Houston so climate wise it is usually warm even in the winter. It is a 06 TL with 5,000 miles. Any thoughts on which one is right for the acura TL?

No! #5 is ATF.

A few manual gearboxes work with ATF as lubrication but not the 3G TL.

 

Use #1, go to the Amsoil website someone posted in this thread. MTL matches the viscousity for what is recommended for the TL 6MT (10W-30).
