Ralleye Acura is the best

I've never had a more pleasant experience dealing with their parts department.

They're EXTREMELY HELPFUL and knowledgeable.

Matter of fact one of the gentleman that works there lives in my neighborhood and is willing to drop the parts for me at my house as opposed to shipping it which I wont receive until next week.

Kudos to Ralleye Acura.

NEVER would I expect this kind of C.S from Paragon since they dont offer it.

I purchased a "hardware kit" for my full nose mask. Its two screws that mount onto the engine cover to snap the mask on. A coin holder that mounts into the armrest ( since I ALWAYS have change rolling around in there )and some bolts and stuff.

Also in NY... I would like to mention that Fedders Acura in Middletown has excellent customer service and the parts department also gets an A+ from me.

I got my Type S from Ralleye, it is a great dealership.

I got my First Acura from Paragon. They are the worst dealership, possibly in the whole US. I actually had to file a complaint against Paragon to Acura Corporate... Paragon wasn't even cooperative with them! They had to send me to Acura of Manhattan to fix my problem...

Feders has great service but their vehicle prices tend to be a bit ambitious.

Rallye Acura Parts Department are some good guys, I like them, have had great help from them.

Their service department? That's a whole other story... long story short, they voided the entire warranty on my electrical system due to my car having a remote start installed, and the white haired dude who runs around in a suit there pretty much threatened me the last time I was there...

Unless the warranty specifically states so, they cannot void your warranty because of a remote start. Magnusson-Moss Act is your friend. They would have to show you how the remote start is causing the problem. I've installed easily 1000+ and I have never had one cause a problem... Lazy dealers always point to aftermarket stuff first when it comes to electrical.

Of course they blame the aftermarket. The head service guy there claimed that the remote start installer (btw, high end shop, super clean work in my opinion...) "hacked up" the main harness and that they won't even try and diagnose any type of electrical issue becsaue of that. I even told them there was no need to diagnose it, I told them I was 99.9% sure it was the voltage reg on the alternator and if they hooked up an oscilliscope to it, they'd see it right away. They refused saying "those things never go, I've been here for years and I've never seen a voltage regulator on an alternator not work"...oh, ok, so I guess that means it's impossible right? Dicks...

Update, I installed a new alternator myself today, problem solved! Now was that so hard that they couldn't do that...again...dicks...

I bought my '04 5AT at Rallye after a nightmare of an experience with Paragon. There are complaints about them in many Acura and Honda forums.

I've used Rallye's service department for some maintenance over the years and have always had good service.

I was going to have the timing belt/water pump maintenance done there, but their quote was $1275, and someone here said Acura of Bayshore's price is under $1K. I'm going to see if Rallye will match their price.

I have to say that Chad is definitely a good guy, he was like my only advocate and if he reads this, Chad, this is no reflection on you, you were definitely a good guy and did the right thing as far as you could.

Ben was alright, he seemed helpful on the phone, but when I got there and we were inront of who I'm now assuming is Michael Denfiel (the older guy in the suit), he threw me under the bus.

Yeah paragon sucks big time. In fact my car was supposed to go back there for a problem that they say they fixed but um yeah right bullshit. I went to Island Acura in Wantagh. My boy Mark works there in the parts dept. and told me the guys there are good. Well let me tell you paragon wanted me to wait a month for the appt to give me a loaner, Island Acura took my car next day and gave me a loaner and fixed everything even took time to explain each thing they did.

The dickhead Michael Denfiel is bald with glasses. Acts like he owns the damn stealership. I was so damn close to call Acura corporate and file a complaint on how ruled and racist he was towards us while trying to get service. Thinking back now still gets me piss off.

There are 4 serivce writers. Not hard to spot this dickhead. Everyone beware!!

Ohh, ok, this guy wasn't a service writer, he has an office, behind Chad's "desk" (or work station, whatever you want to call it), older guy, white hair. Anyone know his name?

Interesting, I've been there twice about parts and on both occasions they've failed to communicate with me.

Kenneth Grant. Service and parts director.

He was ok with me since the dickhead was a dick and ken did whatever he can. If there's a problem, need to file a complaint. Don't go to him cause they pretty much not going to do anything since they all work with one another. Call up Acura corrp. They would do a better job solving the problem.

Mike Denfield at Rallye is certainly NOT racist, so STOP talking shit about him. Thats a pretty big accusation so you had BETTER have some proof. I admit when he sees a younger guy come in he will kind of break into "guy talk" mode and BS about stuff with you, sometimes off color. But when it comes time to providing actual service, he is top notch. His demeanor caught me off guard at first, too. But "racist"? Please.

I wish I had better luck with them, I put a deposit on a car and it got sold. How the hell can it get sold? Manager stated the saleswoman forgot to run my card, but will "find" me another one. I read a review on dealerrater.com with a similar scenario, and a new contract was made up.

Does this sound fishy to anyone? Could it of been an honest mistake?

Kearny Mesa Acura in San Diego, CA is willing to price-match off of AcuraOEMParts. Picked up a brake light switch for $12 bucks.

Autozone special orders it for 31 bucks, so that's no longer a viable option (though it was in the past).

Call ahead with the part # to make sure.

Greco9885: I left a professional message stating my business with that dealership is done and don't charge my card. I'm probably gonna request all hard copies of my SS#'s and drivers licenses to be mailed back to me.

I'll be super pissed if they ran my credit on a car I never put a deposit on!!

so PISSED!
