i too, bought my car from paragon and will never return to them again.
Paragon Acura and Acura of Brooklyn are amongst the LOWEST rated Acura dealers in the country. If you're in the NYC area, your choices are Rallye on Long Island, Acura of Manhattan, or Curry up in Scarsdale. The one to avoid in NJ is Acura of Ramsey, the most incompetent service department I've ever experienced.

got my 06 from Rallye 5 years ago from Patrick Lai, great guy! Chad is also the man for service...Out of curiosity how was M Denfield a racist?

Springfield Acura in NJ are great. Best dealer service dept I've ever encountered... I live in NYC area and takes me an hour to get there but it's so worth the trip.

acura of Manhattan or Brooklyn? which one should I go for the service? which one is knowledgeable?

Can you give an example ? Just curious....

The service dept. is very good but has high prices relative to other Acura dealers...They want 200 dollars to do a brake fluid change and 320 dollars for new brake pads and resurfacing of rotors.

hhmmm, with my current situation Rallye Acura gave me Mike Denfeld as the SA in charge when Chad is the one that usually takes care of my car. I left several phone calls to Mr. Denfeld and still no return calls and when I call the operator to ask for him the operator gets back to me and say hes not around. uh.....yupz, I feel like a dick! Is it possible to change to another Service Advisor?

It's funny you say that. Because as I walked in to pick up my car he saw me come in, yet he continued to talk to his buddy about baseball. He completely knew who I was. The receptionist, cashier and some sales person had to tell him "someone is waiting for you." And when he came by to me, he pretended he didn't know who I was. He went over to soemones desk and then he goes "oh yeah...I remember you!" Then he proceeds to walk to his desk. Felt like throwing the loaner car keys in his face!

Chad is the go to man to get things done right. Real happy with the service level of this guy. He makes sure your concerns are all answered and accomodated.

Rallye can be very expensive so make sure you get an estimate before you have them do any work. They quoted $195 for a new battery.
