Looks like a good deal to me. As far as the free "oil service"; ask them exactly what that is, the services indicated by the MID usually include tire rotations.

A free loaner is norm from these type of cars - lexus too. That should not be considered something they are throwing in.

Free car wash - same thing. Anytime you bring in for service they clean it up. They are not giving you anything that every other dealer wouldn't do. Keep it out of the deal.

My place did a horrible job the last time so I now refuse the wash cause they were wiping it down with dirty rags and it was just a mess.

 

Fionn, tell Rosemarie that Ms. Patel sent you, she'll definitely get a kick out of that and tell her to treat you right. They can go a bit lower. I bought from Rosemarie at Gillman and she definately cut out all the hassles. They can cut you good deal and honestly, their service package is nicer than Mark's at John Eagle. I dealt with him too, but decided to go with Gillman. Let me know what happens.
