Are the 07-08 front grilles (where the Acura logo resides) interchangeable with the 04-06 models? Or are these different sizes where a direct plug and play is not possible?

Assuming you are referring to the TL-S ones... no they are not interchangeable.

 

Both the 07/08 base and type-s grills are bigger then 04-06 grills.

 

assuming you have a pre 06(SSM) and want to change to the 07-08 grille, you would have to switch bumpers to the newer 07-08 style and its accompanying grille.

 

Thanks guys, I was hoping I could modify the TL-S grille to fit the 04 bumper. Guess I can't go that route

 

You can make the 2007/2008 Type-S fit - see below thread. It's not direct plug and play that you requested in your original post, but it has been done with minor modifications, as you said in your most recent post.
