Quick noob type question

I notice that when searching, and using multiple words, that the search engine will display results that contain either word.... sure there must be a way to search for posts that contain all words used- though I can't seem to find it.

word 1 AND word 2 etc...

Thanks

No way. You can do it on other forums by writing red+wheels or by "red wheels", but this forum is not set up like that.

It's not our fault, it is the people who designed the v-bulletin forums.

And it doesn't allow 3 letter word searches because that takes a lot more computer resources than longer words. Don't ask me why because I don't know, but it does. I have found that if you want to search for red, put in red* and it will search and find words with red in them. Something about a wild card phrase, or simply fooling the computer.

And members are only allowed one search every 60 seconds for the same reason: more frequent searches overload something deep in somewhere, but again I don't know enough about computers to explain it any better.
