Question for those that bought 3G Ronjon kit
Just wonder how long you guys had to wait to get your kits? It's been a month and a half for me already and still can't get confirmation nor tracking # till this day. My car has been sitting in the bodyshop just waiting. Ordered new 06 type-s tail lights, 07 side mirrors, and resprayed the whole car, and still no kit. I've been getting the run around!!! I was told that it will arrive next week..... 3 weeks in a row?what should I do?

Sent you an email, I understand your frustration, but the kit is in very limited supply right now. We did stop making them, but the transition to the new factory has caused some small schedule issues. Getting used to the curve on the fly is part of the issue, politics within the factory is another issue. But the quality has improved, so we keep making them a bunch at a time, then they sell out. jswong, you are our #1 priority given the circumstances right now. I have been on top of this for the past 7 days, with progress expected by the end of tomorrow. more info in your email.

Rondog is a stand-up Guy. I spoke with him in-depth about this kit last week. I just put my car in the shop today and hope to hear how much its going to cost to fix. Hopefully there will be some extra so I can buy my kit as well. Great thread!! Very helpful and informative regarding the kits!
As for just buying the front......if you already have the rest of the kit and only need a replacement front then go for it. Its a little more expensive but worth the replacement(just from the sweet pics I've seen). If you are wanting just to add the front you may want to look at the depth of it vs your stock or aftermarket kit. There is a substantial difference in the depth which will make the front look severely nose heavy with only that part. I was thinking of the same thing but after talking with rondog I decided I didn't want the front of my car to tip me over LOL. Hope that helps

Looks like I'm not getting my kit Monday... Just got off the phone with Ron, the mold is being delivered to another warehouse to start making kits again. In other words the kit was never made nor ready to be shipped per my last post. They are having major issues with comunications, lack of materials, politics with there old warehouse. New date to ship will be 05-07-12.

Kits looks nice and the paint looks like a nice match as well. I have the kit on my car and I love the sporty look of it. From the pictures it looks like the quality of the kits has gone up and the fitment looks better. Enjoy! You really should consider a new set of rims now to really set off the car.

car looks great! Not too big on the rear bumper, but the front and sides... Now you need a set of wheels and you'll be set!

Well 20's are on a TL IMO. Most will probably agree.
As for the style...I'm not big on dish wheels so...
But it's your car, you put what you want on it impress yourself man!

19" is the MAX I would go on a TL. Rim style has a lot to deal with it too. If you get a rim with the spokes that go all the way to the lip (no dish) then they will look much larger.
